Our driver will pick you up from your hotel in Marrakech and departure to Agafay desert. A perfect location where amateurs of outdoor pursuits are captivated by the feeling of freedom to perform their chosen sport as they wish in vast open spaces. A round of “Cross-Golf” (cross country golf, a new and original fun way of learning this sport), mountain bike rides, horse or donkey rides, and camel bivouac treks are a few of the numerous activities that can be arranged at La Pause.

Lunch… a rocket salad freshly picked from the garden and seasoned using the extra virgin olive oil pressed from La Pause’s olive groves.     The organisation of the trip was perfect, the pick up in time. Hamid and Lahcen were really nice guides/drivers!! first we’ve been driving through the stone desert of agafay and had 2 stops for photos. then we drank tea at the camel ride house and spent 30min on the camels in the desert which was the highlight of the tour. for lunch we went to a berber’s house where on 2 levels several touristic groups were served lunch. afterwards we did a 30min hike to a waterfall. after another 30min drive we went to a cooperative for argain oil where we drank again some tea. at 6pm we returned home. i think for the price it is a really good tou, the best option when you want to experience something out of marrakech in 1day trip!!

    The Agafay desert is a desert and typical place for quad biking and camel riding without forgetting the restaurants on the hills for a drink or dinner while watching an incredible sunset. The road is a little broken on both sides you just have to do be a little careful when passing other vehicles…but that doesn’t stop you from visiting this magnificent place.
